First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has helped us over all these years to stay afloat and preach the true gospel to as many who would receive it. Without your help the Lord’s message would not have gone out as far and wide as it has.

Secondly, many changes are taking place as downsizing is happening, moving, and total separation of personal and ministry and that means change of addresses and re-organization to help trim expenses down to the bone so the Lord’s work can be even greater in outreach.

Bookkeeping, and our CPA and now even the banks have advised I must make changes in donations and how checks are made out to be sure we separate out income from business products, donations and personal gifts that are not for the ministry (All IRS stuff).

Inasmuch as Best Video Productions aka Best & Best Studios is a sole proprietorship, all donations must be made out to Stewart Best and in the notation line, please place the word GIFT so it is applied correctly in bookkeeping. This is due to IRS regulations concerning gifts that are tax free.  Here is what the bank just issued to us:

Our CPA and bookkeeping folks have reminded me of this for some time, but checks come in made to Cynthia Best have to be counted as for her personal use only and have nothing to do with and is not ministry connected in any way.
