You said that faith is only half the equation so it is a lie. I believe that faith is not a lie but is the most important evidence that you are a genuine Christian…as the Bible clearly teaches. So I’m not sure why you seem so opposed to the word “faith”. We pass from death to life when we believe in Christ…that is by faith. (I am not opposed to faith Noah believed God and did so enough, ie, had total faith in what he had been told so HE DID SOMETHING, he built an ark to the saving of his family. In other words, to Noah, his faith was a dynamic force that propelled him to actually DO SOMETHING, which was to BUILD THE ARK. Noah did NOT sit around in an easy chair and “believe” that some Ark would appear and he had to do nothing! All concepts of faith shown in the Bible are ACTION not “believing” something. We must first of all BELIEVE that GOD IS and that He rewards those that DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM OUT. So here you have it – NO REWARD UNLESS YOU SEEK HIM OUT – so there is an ACTION HERE, and true belief is what sets that person to SEEK. – scb_

What still continues to concern me here is the teaching that has set your group apart from the rest of Christianity and especially the word “faith” seems despised by you. I would hope I have set some people apart from the REST OF CHRISTIANITY, because modern Christianity is a LIE and takes you to eternal ruin, and the Bible says it is over and over and over again. If you will not hear the warnings of Christ, Peter, John, Paul and the others, then you will not hear them.
It’s in the Bible, Stewart, from one end to the other. It’s from start to finish…by faith….in this life. We don’t get special knowledge or tangible evidence apart from the Word of God until we reach heaven. (YOU ARE TO FIND YOUR RANSOM, you are TO FIND CHRIST. You are to COME TO HIM, not just have FAITH in Him. He commanded you to PICK UP YOUR CROSS AND DIE, and in death, in the lowest room, the pit, you shall sit until He that bade you to the wedding comes to you, that is APPEARS TO YOU, and says “Friend, come up higher”. There are multitudes of verses all over the New Testament concerning the REVELATION of Christ to the OBEDIENT believer. Indeed, you are to obtain very a SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE if you are to saved IN TRUTH. Read Pilgrim’s Progress for example!! I ask you to order “THE MYSTERY OF CHRIST” and prove it wrong. (The debate is not over “faith” it is over what TYPE OF FAITH one accepts. Modern Christianity has changed the definition of faith from a dynamic force over to “easy believeism” That is “if I believe, I am saved.” Not so, because the multitudes rejected by Christ BELIEVED, and HAD FAITH, even enough faith to cast out demons, perform miracles, etc. They were NOT SAVED. They only thought they were. actually were positive they were, only to find out they were not. You don’t know me, and you have no right to speak to me the way you did, however this IS typical retaliation one receives when a “rock star” is questioned, even if they ask for input. I’m tired of you beating up your readers, and you guys all do it, to a man, to keep yourself elevated above everyone else. There are none righteous, none like you! Jesus threw stones 1 time… for good cause. You do it weekly, AT your own faithful readers. Your son was kind in his response to you, as I tried to be also. Many others have simply voted with their feet, I’m sure you’ve noticed…”
So now the name calling begins – high and mighty self-proclaimed watchman. I have NEVER said I was a watchman, because there is no such designation given in the New Testament, only in the Old. I am a researcher and a researcher only. I cannot control what others say I am. I am here only to GET PEOPLE TO READ THE BIBLE FOR THEMSELVES.
I am a legend in my own mind? Do you have any idea what going to the CROSS OF CHRIST does to you? Evidently not. Anyone who has truly gone to the cross of Christ is not only NOT a legend in their own mind, they KNOW what awful, despicable, rotten to the core the flesh is. It is the direct opposite of arrogance or “legend in your own mind”.
I am NEVER said I was right, NOT EVER. I have repeatedly told people, begged people, to NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING I SAY, but GO THE BIBLE AND LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELF.
I do not believe I am beating up my readers, because my readers already know the truth and do not need to be beaten up – most of my blogs are directed outwards, to those who ARE NOT BIBLE BELIEVERS. The “you” in my latest blog was directed at the rulers and authorities of America – but it does apply as well to many people because they have allowed all of this to go on without rising up to stop it. Evil wins because good people do nothing to stop it.
I have never ever said I was RIGHTEOUS, just the opposite MANY TIMES. I am the worst example of a Christian there is, mostly because I have been called to the JUDGMENT SIDE OF THIS, not the MERCY SIDE. As the Bible says, there are none righteous, only the Lord.
There are two sides to the Spirit of the Lord, and I have been called to the JUDGMENT SIDE, the reason being that JUDGMENT PRECEDES MERCY, which is something modern Christian theology totally ignore, to their own peril. Because there appears to be NO JUDGMENT, then there is apostasy, because judgment brings TRUTH, and apostasy brings ERROR. The judgment against America and her people is more severe that what has gone before, because they had all the blessings of the Lord, and are now going through the CURSES of the Lord – all found in Deuteronomy 28. No one can fathom the depth of the horrific future that awaits the American people. You can call upon the Lord, receive all His blessings, then turn your back and STRIVE AGAINST THE LORD and expect ANYTHING BUT SEVERE AND TOTAL JUDGMENT.
Salvation does not come before JUDGMENT is rendered. Judgment is rendered via the STRAIT GATE and NARROW WAY, there is no other way, Jesus did not give us ANY alternatives. Am I to be blamed for warning you all concerning this? I know of what I speak here, for the Lord showed me, and I walked the walk as others have and can testify to what I have testified to. THERE IS NO SALVATION without JUDGMENT, and JUDGMENT BRINGS US DOWN TO THE PIT OF DEATH, for that is what Jesus clearly taught the Holy Spirit’s job was – to JUDGE us of SIN, RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUDGMENT. Look up the word judgment – it is an eye-opener.
None of this is WHAT I BELIEVE, it is WHAT I KNOW FOR A FACT. I am not being arrogant, actually just the opposite. If I did not have multitudes of Scripture to back me up, well, I would be a false prophet, liar and a deceiver – but I know the Lord will vindicate what I have said, and I have attempted to do as the Lord as told me to do. I do not pretend to be an “Ezekiel” or even come remotely close, but the judgment of Ezekiel upon his nation is no different than the judgment upon America and her people:
Ezekiel’s Call to Be a Prophet
“2 He said to me, “Son of man,[a] stand up on your feet and I will speak to you.” 2 As he spoke, the Spirit came into me and raised me to my feet, and I heard him speaking to me.
3 He said: “Son of man, I am sending you to the Israelites (Americans) , to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me; they and their ancestors have been in revolt against me to this very day. 4 The people to whom I am sending you are obstinate and stubborn. Say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says.’ 5 And whether they listen or fail to listen—for they are a rebellious people—they will know that a prophet has been among them. 6 And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them or their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are all around you and you live among scorpions. So evidently I am not supposed to tell the American people the Word of God, because they are a rebellious people. But the future of the American people is one of tears, sorrows, lamentations and “woe is me”, Millions will descend to their death unsaved. Why? Because of the modern day preachers, teachers and evangelists who do not know the Lord and are liars and deceivers.
I have no special gift here, anyone can see it that WANTS TO. There are no excuses in this land, the Gospel has been preached, Bibles are everywhere one wants to find them, but that has been rejected. If one thinks my statements are harsh, one should read what the Lord says about the American people – I make no apologies for stating that the huge majority of Americans are totally comatose, blind, and apostates, meaning “brainless” when it comes to the things of the Lord. The Lord says they are, and also says that JUDGMENT COMETH.
So if you think I am throwing stones, so be it. There will be no LOVE, NO COMPASSION, and NO MERCY shown the American people when this thing strikes. It is all there in the prophecies against America-Babylon, and we have now entered BABYLONIAN TWILIGHT, and SOON DARKNESS COMES.

I can see people like laura, are misinterpreting what is said, redemption is achieved by first believing one needs it due to “all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” including me, thus we confess we’ve sinned to Yahuah, and ask that He cleanse us in the blood of His only begotten son, Yahshua,. Unfortunately as Stew points out, modern Christianity believes that’s it, and basically enters a state of arrested development. Once we understand that we’re to actively take up our cross, die to the carnal man daily, and learn how to co operate with God to see Him transform us “little by little, line upon line, precept upon precept” – thus indicating that working out our salvation as Paul wrote, is an ongoing progressive work, so that even Paul said he didn’t count himself as having arrived but pressed on to the higher calling in Messiah Yahshua. James said “faith without works (action) is dead”. What expression does love between two people take? It begins with a commitment, signified by a ring of promiose, followed by formalising it in marriage, but then the real working out of that love begins, as they daily have to learn to become one, to overcome that which could be cause for division, strife, and eventual split up.
So one enters into the redemptive plan by confession, repentance, and then one must continue daily to become one with Him to the point where as He said to the disciples “I only do what my Father shows me to, I only say what my Father shows me to do, my will is to the will of my Father who sent me, I and the Father are one”.
This is the goal which I never learned in church, and after 40 yr or so in the wilderness, like the Israelites of old, I am asking God to help me daily, to grow into a deeper relationship with Elohim, so that I can say with Paul, that I am crucified with Christ, I no longer live, but Christ (Messiah) lives in me, and I press on to the higher calling for which He has redeemed me”

Stewart in all the years that I have been studying the teaching you share with as many as will hear, you ALWAYS state, “Don’t take my word, search it out for yourself “. The word of God is opened up to any one to see the hidden mystery within it, behind all that is and with the help of the Holy Spirit lead us to the light of Christ so that our deeds/works are exposed to show us just how fraudulent our heart is. The word of God says that He, Holy Spirit will convict us of sin, righteousness and judgment, which for me says that nothing I can do with my “good and kind ” heart will measure up to the standard of God’s divine pure love. Because it can only be bestowed to me from God through Jesus Christ when He and I meet face to face, for the supernatural marriage union, which is why Jesus said “You/I MUST BE BORN AGAIN”. I pondered that verse many times over the years, and then it hit me the conditional word in the midst of the command “MUST”! It hit me like a truck filled with bricks, I am not and have never been “SAVED”.
I was taught confess, believe and receive and live right, be like Jesus. Treat people right, do unto others as you would have them do to you, fast, pray, read your bible, assemble with the saints via Sunday observance, bible study, etc. I did all of that from my heart knowingly and sincerely from a very young age into my adulthood, now 50 years. I was devastated to find out that after all those faithful years of serving God, as taught that I had no real evidence that I knew Jesus or that he knew me. I have experienced being in a physical marriage union and I have evidence of this union, but I have nothing to prove a union with Christ. All my years of believing and doing has not produced any evidence and to say that I love God with all my heart now is fraudulent, because I realized I had not fulfilled the condition commanded by God, whom I say I love. When all is said and done, what or where is my proof of true biblical salvation. Is believing and having faith my evidence? If I go to the supernatural court of God and stand before Him to be judged, will my faith in believing that He is God be enough for acquittal? Will all the work I’ve done speak for me? What can I say or do outside of being obedient to His sayings and experiencing Christ that will justify my name being written in the book of life? Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: NO MAN COMES TO THE FATHER, *BUT* BY ME. IF you HAD known me, you SHOULD HAVE known my Father also: and from henceforth you know Him, and HAVE SEEN HIM.” (John 14:6-7, 21) He that HAS MY COMMANDMENTS, AND KEEPS THEM, HE IT IS THAT (AGAPE) LOVES ME: and he that (Agape) love WILL be (Agape) loved of my Father, and I will (Agape) love him, AND WILL MANIFEST (REVEAL)MYSELF TO HIM.”
(v.23) Jesus said, “IF a man love me, he will KEEP my words: and my Father will love him, and WE WILL COME TO HIM, AND MAKE OUR ABODE WITH HIM”. (Heb.3:12, 13; 12:25) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called Today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. See that you REFUSE NOT him that speaks. For IF they ESCAPED NOT who REFUSED him that spoke on earth, much more WILL WE NOT ESCAPE, IF WE TURN AWAY FROM HIM THAT SPEAKS FROM HEAVEN.”
Upon meditating on this scripture, plus many more my heart was convicted and awakened to a truth that I had no evidence of ever meeting Christ or having He and the Father take up residence within me. I began to question what I had been convinced of. Was it simply positive, magical faith and believing that I had something, a relationship with Christ, that didn’t exist? The void I have been trying to fill with faith, believing the scriptures and doing the work and will of God, is it not showing his love or enough? Why still, did I feel empty and as though all I knew was a lie and that something was missing? I can blame no one but myself, because the same words in the bible (s) that Stewart has been teaching from after having the truth revealed to him, I am responsible for working out my own salvation with fear and trembling. I am to make my calling and election sure, I am to have my faith tested whether it is saving faith or not. So far, I have missed the mark and I am without excuse. I must search for Christ while there is yet time, because time is short and we can not afford to dismiss or be dismissive of others who have experienced what we are searching for. Unless you have proof that you have obtained God’s love, spiritual nature through a supernatural encounter with Christ, you should not be throwing stones. It is always interesting to read someone’s responses to a biblical teaching/warning and they try to use the scriptures out of context to defend themselves. God’s judicial court existed before the world’s judicial system and just as you must provide evidence and witnesses here, you just PAUSE and ask yourself what is your evidence and WHO ARE YOUR WITNESSES BEFORE GOD. Will Jesus confess your name before His Father without evidence of true salvation or knowing you through union? Are you willing to gamble or roll the dice with your faith and believing? I’m not!! Jesus said, you say I am rich and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and do not know that you are wretched, and miserable, and poor and blind, and naked:
I counsel you to buy OF ME gold (faith) tried in the fire, that you MAY BE rich; and white raiment, that you MAY BE clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness does not appear: and anoint your eyes with eyesalve, that you MAY SEE. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be ZEALOUS therefore and REPENT. Behold(See), I stand at the door, and knock; IF any man HEAR MY VOICE, AND OPEN THE DOOR(OBEY AND DO), I WILL COME IN TO HIM AND will sup (dine) WITH him, and he WITH ME(Union). (Rev. 3:17-20) This is what I am searching to experience and receive this evidence, along with others and had we not been opened to hear what was revealed to Stewart and continued to follow the majority we would be lost for all eternity with our works or kind and good deeds, thoughts, etc. Find the truth for yourself and know that the truth hurts, but it is necessary. Is your head hurting Stewart, cause mine is after reading the article. I do not know how many times one has to read what you say before they understand. I read what you comment on, and then I look it up in the Bible to validate what is there. You have Never misled me, only guided me to the truth. Thank you for ringing my bell.

Stewart, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I agree that faith is not “arm-chair-kick off your shoes-nothing else to do-easy believism”. It is “study to show yourself approved-search out for yourself and follow an individual relationship with Christ” faith.
You said that we have to battle. Christ already won the battle. Faith in Christ is the victory…..period. We don’t have to fight any fight except the fight of faith.
A good question to ask is “what or who is the object of my faith? It’s not for us to figure out what TYPE of faith we have. The Bible does not say type of faith, it says “faith” in Christ. And that’s why we are set apart, but not in small groups. We are set apart by the Holy Spirit who is our guide and teacher. The Scriptures come alive when Christ is the object of our faith. We find out Who He is, What he has done for us and where our faith should rest.
It is so easy for false teachers to divert professing Christians from a solid faith in the Word. It now becomes a faith in what they are doing…i.e. those who professed Christ but the “signs and wonders movement, the New Apostolic Prophets movement and/or the Contemplative New Age teachings became the new object of their faith. In other words, they themselves and what they were doing became the object of their faith. Or the spirit guides that were only too happy to meet with them and give them new revelation.
And Christ tells them, “I never knew you”.
And there are so many things we can get our eyes on these days, from Purpose Driven Rick to Bible Scholar Hebrew Roots people who like to make the Torah the object of our faith. Christ then becomes another Christ and the gospel then becomes another gospel.
Since Scripture is our best defense I will end with this passage.

We are have the same faith that Jesus had, and be willing to die this supernatural death in order for Christ to manifest Himself ,”in person”, to the believer who are the and obideint ones and who do the work of faith. Are you willing to go to hell in order to find Jesus?

Discussing this post with a friend. What I want to clarify is this: Do you believe that salvation is a one time instantaneous experience that is by grace through faith alone?? Or, do you believe that salvation is something that is not by grace through faith alone… but is by your own effort or work that is not just faith alone??
It sounds as if you are saying that salvation is a “process” rather than a one time event in experience.
It sounds as if you are saying that you become sanctified by your works… and your sanctification is your salvation.
It sounds as if you are saying that people who had real, living, viable salvation in Jesus Christ go to hell because they were not “sanctified enough”.
It’s as if you are saying we are “born-again” by our works… rather than in a supernatural experience wrought by the Holy Spirit in us in His own power by grace alone.
So, it sounds like you are saying that people were literally born-again in a supernatural experience wrought by the Holy Spirit… and end up on the left of Jesus Christ because they did not do not enough works.
What you are saying is not clear… so I need clarification to understand if I believe you are espousing the Roman Catholic doctrine of salvation by works.

We are saved by grace through faith. That dynamic action is all the work of the Holy Spirit in us. We are born of the Spirit. Thus, we are the righteousness of God in Christ in spirit born of God. It is finished. Done!
No works can save us. Only the work of the Holy Spirit by grace through faith.
The Holy Spirit will do His work in us… we will be lead and guided by Him… and He will work His works in and through us.
So, it’s not we hear, we believe, then we work for our salvation.
No Christian who is born of the Spirit will be on the left of Jesus on Judgment Day… only those who were not born-again and never really knew Him.
Those on the left of Jesus will be those who thought they “did it themselves!”… and sought a works based righteousness rather than the righteousness that comes by the hearing of faith.
Are you saved??
Meaning, do you believe that it is the obedience of Jesus that is your salvation… or do you think it is your own… thus your own works that save you??
It’s all or nothing.
It is either a perfect salvation wrought by God in us… or none of us will ever make it.
Confidence in the flesh and one’s own righteousness… is the confidence of those on the left on Judgment Day.
