JESUS HAS YOUR BACK – SO WHY ARE YOU WORRIED?

November 7, 2013

Our last post was a scary one – if you know what is going on – but always, always, ALWAYS remember that the Lord LOVES YOU WITH A LOVE YOU CANNOT IMAGINE, and He is always, always, ALWAYS in TOTAL CONTROL. Jesus HAS YOUR BACK. Our ministry here has been one of warning because of the rank apostasy within the Church concerning true salvation. But with every warning there is also a PROMISE. Actually there are more promises than there are warnings – the warnings are there to instill a proper attitude towards our Creator, something lacking in today’s world.

I know many of you struggle in your walk. I did and still do as well – but trust Jesus – He knows what He is doing, and He knows your hearts. He created you, and all He wants from any of us is admission from our heart of hearts who we really are and why we need Him to be complete. Do you think He would start a process within us and not complete it? I don’t think He is into partial birth abortions, if you get my drift here.

Do you really believe His arm is so short it cannot save? Do you think that He that created the heavens is powerless to save you? Too not keep your backs no matter what? Guess again, folks – we who have taken the Lord seriously, and have rejected the “wisdom” of the fakes and the world out there have a bright future even if the rest of the world may not.

As to the future – remember what Jesus told us? Occupy until I return, I think it was. That means REST IN HIM, OCCUPY, keep one eye on events (signs), and the other on Him. We all have a future, a brilliant and unimaginable future that no heart can even begin to imagine what the Lord has in store for all of you who love Him.

What does it mean to occupy? To do whatever it is you do as unto the Lord. If you have a job, render unto your employer your skills as best as you can. If you need a change of venue, render due notice and change. To occupy means to be IN THE WORLD, BUT NOT REALLY OF THE WORLD.

I remember a country song I was listening to one day. I don’t know the name of it, but it was beautifully done and it was all about WILL YOU REMEMBER ME, DO NOT FORGET ME. We are all, at the base of it so unlovable and so full of trouble that I often marvel that He took the time to come down here to visit, just to tell us HE LOVES US, HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US, HE IS WITH US TO THE END OF THE AGE and HE HAS OUR BACKS.

Remember the thief on the cross? Here he was, dying, face to face with the Messiah. That whole story is a parable in motion, as many of those stories are. What did this poor man do? He CONFESSED HE WAS GUILTY AS CHARGED. HE WAS DYING, AND HE ASKED MESSIAH TO REMEMBER HIM WHEN HE CAME INTO HIS KINGDOM – I KNOW THAT IS THE CRY OF ALL OF YOU AND ME TOO. “Please remember us all when thou cometh into thy kingdom.”

You know we are all so screwed up down here that there is NO EARTHLY FIX. He is the only hope for the human race. HE HAS THE BACKS OF ALL THOSE THAT OBEY AND LOVE HIM.

Yes, the end may be close, but we have been close before and then the Lord mysteriously held up His hand and said “NOT YET”. So we wait, we watch, we pray, and we hope. YOU ARE NOT ALONE, HE HAS YOUR BACK. And yes, HE WILL REMEMBER YOU, HE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU, AND YES, HE HAS YOUR BACK, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

Another great timely message to look to Jesus in boldness and confidence in these trying days.

‘Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set set down at the right hand of the throne of God’ Hebrews 12:2

    Isaiah 49:15
Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I NOT forget thee.

Thank you Stewart for the encouraging words. I had to read it a few times to let it sink in. But it was well written; words of encouragement, love, trust and hope. I know we all fall short of his glory and mercy and yet he still holds on if we hold on to him. The fellowship that you bring to each and every one of us individually is nothing short of God’s wondrous work in action.
Thank you for bringing things back in perspective. His hand is CONSTANT.

Thanks for the reminder. I know that even after I have completed all my earthly preparations, I still need to remember that I have God.

Another very accurate article from Stewart from his heart to ours…..thank you for your wisdom – I wrote before briefly on the suicide of my husband…through that I truly found
out that He does and will get us “THROUGH” everything….my comment is though Stewart that the illeged “rapturists” think we are going to be taken out of here sparing us difficulty and pain….that’s a lie….God did not spare me pain, agony and tears too numerous to number…. and He did not spare HIS SON pain, agony but He was/is always there…sometimes I knew that physically and sometimes not, but I always knew it spiritually.
The diffuculties before us we will have to endure….I do not think He will spare us affliction Stewart….we will experience His judgement (we are now) but we are spared from His wrath.
He gave me the strength to get through my agony and He will get me through any that are coming….this I know…because I’ve already experienced His provision, guidance and protection…so we have assurance in HIM. No matter what beloved, just trust, no matter how much “unpleasantries” we must endure. Thank you again Stewart and blessings, jr
